Scott M. Dubowsky, a member of the firm, holds a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was the Business Editor of the Journal of International and Comparative Law, and a B.S. in Economics from Cornell University.  He has been admitted to the New York State Bar and is a member of the New York State Bar Association (Member, Committee on Securities Regulation) and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.  Mr. Dubowsky has lectured on topics including mergers and acquisitions and federal securities laws.

Mr. Dubowsky has a diverse corporate practice representing publicly and privately held companies.  His practice focuses on corporate and securities law, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings for both public and private issuers, a variety of international business transactions, and general corporate representation.
